From a young age a love of making things and a natural creative ability led her into a career as a seamstress. Debbie's skill and expertise extends from the design and creation of bespoke dresses to the alteration of pre ordered wedding dresses.

Qualified in Fashion Design and Technology Debbie's skill set lead her onto being a technician at Manchester Metropolitan University and lecturer of pattern cutting for many years.

Having altered wedding dresses in the thousands for the last 15 years Debbie decided to open a premises to be able to welcome in brides to a comfortable, relaxed and friendly environment for their alterations and started to offer a range of bridesmaid dresses. Since 2011 Adeava has supplied many brides with a first class alterations service, and catered to the needs of bridesmaids through the collections stocked at Adeava.

Fast forward to today and Debbie's love of the industry and her desire to help brides find or create their dream dress has led her to become a supplier of leading wedding dress designers including Ellis, Morilee, Romantica, Sonsie, Veromia and Mary's Bridal.  Adeava is able to match excellent customer service with industry knowledge and experience to offer a seamless service from start to finish
